The Management Development Training Unit (MDTU) conducted a Training Programme on Creating a Positive and Inclusive Work Environment on February 25th, 2025, at MDTU, Trincomalee. The goal of the programme was to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in their respective workplaces. Mr.N.Manivannan, Provincial Director of the Department of Rural Industries in the Eastern Province, led the sessions as the resource person. The training was conducted in Tamil medium, and 44 staff members took part in the training programme.
