The Management Development Training Unit (MDTU) conducted a Training Programme on Personal File Management from 11th March to 12th March 2025, held at the RDHS Office, Batticaloa. The main goal of the training programme was to improve the staff knowledge and skills in managing personal files within their respective institutions in the Batticaloa district. Mr.K.Ledsumikanthan, Administrative Officer, Road Development Department, Eastern Province, served as the resource person for the session. The training programme was conducted in Tamil medium, and 45 staff took part in the training programme.
