The workshop was organized with the objective of enhancing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of officers attached to Internal Affairs Units (IAUs) established in Government institutions. Participants represented both Central and Provincial Government institutions and brought with them diverse professional backgrounds and areas of specialization.
During the workshop, several managerial and administrative best practices were introduced to strengthen institutional governance, accountability, transparency, and operational efficiency within the public sector. The programme also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences, discuss emerging challenges, and share best practices related to the effective functioning of Internal Affairs Units.
The Management Development Training Unit was responsible for coordinating and facilitating all logistical arrangements required for the successful conduct of the workshop, ensuring a conducive learning environment for all participants.
