The Training Programme on Preparation and Presentation of Annual Reports and Accounts for Local Authorities was conducted by the Deputy Chief Secretary Secretariat(Personnel and Training) at the Management Development Training Unit (MDTU). The key note speech were delivered in the initial session of Training by DCS(Personnel & Training) and DCS(Finance)
Key officials from Local Authorities participated in this important training programme, which focused on enhancing their knowledge and skills in the proper preparation and presentation of annual reports and accounts.
Mr. V. Kanagasabapathy, Immediate Past President of the Association of Public Finance Accountants of Sri Lanka, participated as the Resource Person and shared his valuable knowledge, expertise, and practical insights with the participants.
The programme provided an excellent opportunity for officials to strengthen their professional competencies and improve the quality and effectiveness of financial reporting within Local Authorities.
