The Management Development Training Unit (MDTU) conducted a one-day training programme on Creating a Positive and Inclusive Work Environment on 19th June 2025, at the Regional Training Centre, Department of Animal Production and Health, Kallady, Batticaloa. This training programme was specially designed for Drivers and Office Employee Service (O.E.S.) staff, with the goal of promoting a more positive mindset and encouraging a supportive, collaborative approach in the workplace. Mr.N.Ranganathan, Divisional Secretary, Divisional Secretariat, Vellavely, served as the resource person. His insights and experience greatly enriched the training programme, which was delivered in Tamil medium. A total of 45 staff took part in the training programme, showing strong enthusiasm and actively participating throughout the day.
