The Management Development Training Unit (MDTU) conducted a Training Programme on Effective Communication and Team Building on January 23, 2025, at the MDTU in Trincomalee. The goal of the training programme was to improve the Effective Communication and Team Building skills of the staff in the Trincomalee district. Mr. N. Manivannan, Provincial Director of the Department of Rural Industries, served as the resource person for the training programme. The training programme was conducted in Tamil medium, with 76 staff participating.
