The Management Development Training Unit (MDTU) conducted a Training Programme on Personal File Management from January 23 to January 24, 2025, at Coop Inn, Ampara. The aim of the programme was to enhance the personal file management practices among staff in the Ampara district. Mrs. A.G.P.S.A.Agalakotuwa, Assistant Divisional Secretary at the Divisional Secretariat of Ampara, served as the resource person for the training. The training programme was conducted in Sinhala medium, with 46 staff participating.
